SHIPPING POLICY

All orders ship First Class Mail via USPS both domestically and internationally.

Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 5-7 business days.  

International orders usually take 3-4 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US, but the order is still on its way.

Please ensure that all addresses are correct.

If your package is returned to us, once we receive it, we will contact you via the email address submitted during checkout to notify you that we have received your package. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.

Adira Designs is not responsible for additional shipping rates or customs charges by customers when importing our goods.

RETURN POLICY

Refunds and exchanges are not anticipated as we work hard to surpass customer expectations. However, should you still desire an exchange or return of an item you've received for any reason, the request will be honored for items in their original undamaged condition, up to 7 days after the purchase is delivered, less shipping.

Custom items and drinkware are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

Adira Designs is not responsible for packages that are undelivered, misdelivered, or damaged during transit provided that the shipping address matches the address on the receipt.
